Receiving shareholder communications.
Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist Boral with its commitment to minimising paper usage. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, go to Link Market Services and follow the prompts.
You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents, including annual reports and documents related to members’ meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:
- You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
- You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
- You can tell us if you do not want to receive a hard-copy of the Annual Report. Of course, you will always be able to access and read our Annual Report when it is published on our website and the ASX platform.
To tell us your preference, go to Link Market Services and follow the prompts.

Does Boral have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan and what are its terms and conditions?

How will my dividends be paid?
Dividend payments to shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand will only be made by direct credit into a nominated account with an Australian or New Zealand financial institution.
Boral shareholders may also elect to have their cash dividends paid directly into their nominated US account in USD provided they have submitted valid direct credit details to Boral's share registry no later than close of business on the relevant record date.
Direct credit is a secure, timely and cost effective method for receiving dividends. There is no delay in awaiting the delivery of a cheque, the funds are deposited on the dividend payment date and cleared almost immediately for your use.
You can provide your bank account details on-line via the Share Registry login facility (Link Market Services). Alternatively, you can complete and return a Request for Direct Credit of Payments form which may be downloaded from the Share Registry website (Link Market Services).
In what months do Boral pay dividends?
Boral has typically paid a dividend twice a year, usually in the months of March and September.
